  Office visit was fine the staff was friendly and courteous. I had sent medical records to him a week prior and on appointment day I spoke to the doctor about my condition and he had only received partial medical records and needed to receive them fully so he was going to call me back in a couple after looking at the completed records so he could proceed treating me. 2 weeks went by and I hadn't received a call yet so I decided to call his office to see what was going on. The nurse wasn't available and left a voicemail. A couple days followed since I left the voicemail and called back again and left another voicemail. Finally within the next day the nurse called back and informed her of what was going on and said she will contact the doctor. I waited 1 more week before calling back again and the nurse said she had emailed him and should had call me by now and that she will email him again. Well 1 month has gone by and still haven't heard from Dr. Ronald and I'm beyond pissed since I spent time looking for a urologist because of a history of kidney stones and UTI and thought his reviews and experience were in accordance to what I was looking for. I wouldn't be writing this review if it wasn't for the needed urgency of his medical expertise I needed to treat what I'm going through. Dr Ronald I cant be waiting for your call anymore I will have to look for another doctor because I don't want to be struggling getting a hold of you or your staff when I have a medical question. Thanks for nothing.
